Shipping

WE aim to ship within three working days of receiving your order.

WE SHIP WITH DHL express, AND ASK A FLAT RATE OF OUR CUSTOMERS OF €15 PER ORDER WITHIN THE EEA, €25 PER ORDER OUTSIDE OF THE EEA, and €35 for a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to the UK. shipments within the eu and to the uk take 2-3 business days.

Returns

if you wish to return a garment, please contact us at info@sudclothiers.com, noting your name, order number, the item you are returning, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. we will provide a return shipping label.

AT THIS STAGE WE unfortunately CANNOT OFFER FREE RETURNS or exchanges, SO THE COST OF RETURN shipping WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND (and the cost of any new shipment would have to be charged).

ANY RETURNS MUST BE shipped BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. The garment(s) must be returned in their original box, unworn and with the hang tags intact.

Taxes

FOR ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE EU, THE PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDES VAT (SO NO FURTHER CHARGES WILL BE DUE).

For orders to the uk, we offer a delivery duty paid (ddp) service where the total price you see at checkout will be the total price you pay to receive your order.

FOR international ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE EU or the uk), including the EEA (NOrway, LiEchtenStein and switzerland), ADDITIONAL VAT, SALES TAXES, DUTIES AND/OR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES MAY BE due.
